on the top-right corner of your page is a link that says "customize." once you hit it, you will be shown your page layout and options. move sections around by dragging them. there are some standard features already there, i don't remember if the contact list is one of them. in not, click "add a page element." once you have that element, click "edit" and then a little box will come up which allows you to put names and their links onto your list. be sure you save everything.
that's, you CAN move sections around by dragging them. you probably got that, but just in case leaving out that word threw you off, thought i'd clarify.
